Since commencing operations in 2014, OPPO has introduced “Service Center 3.0” in Bangladesh. These modern service centers allow customers to directly observe the repair process of their devices. Additionally, customers can request video recordings of the repair process for greater peace of mind.
OPPO customers can also take advantage of a reservation service to book convenient appointments for device repairs. Furthermore, OPPO offers a self-service website where customers can access essential information, including product details, pricing, and services. The website also features a dedicated FAQ section to assist customers further.
