Banglalink, in collaboration with the Proyash initiative, celebrated the 5th Experience Day as part of the Women Mentor program, aimed at nurturing future female leadership in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). This event provided students with the opportunity to receive career guidance from experts and participate in a unique six-month mentorship program focused on skill development.
In line with its commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives, Banglalink organized the remainder of the day’s activities to align with these principles. During the event, female students had the chance to meaningfully connect with researchers and children with special needs from the Proyash Institute of Special Education.
Among the participants were Banglalink’s Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer Monjula Morshed and Head of Organizational Development Ashish Kumar Roy.
Speaking on the occasion, Monjula Morshed stated, “Banglalink is committed to playing a role in developing leadership in the STEM fields. We are consistently taking initiatives not only to foster leadership in technical areas but also to help cultivate leadership through values and empathy that create long-term social impact. By preparing these future leaders to be professionally skilled and socially responsible, we aim to enhance understanding and compassion in the face of social barriers. Alongside the professional development of our employees, we are working towards nurturing responsible leadership in the broader national workforce.”
