After that, the agitating students announced to build an agent-free campus, complaining about the silent role of the teachers.
Later, the students entered the Shahid Masiur Rahman Hall by breaking the lock of the gate. At this time, the room of the activists of the Chhatra League JUST branch was vandalized. From there, students found drugs, drug paraphernalia and condoms.
The protesting students said that, six condoms and drug paraphernalia were found in Tanveer Faisal’s room who was the former general secretary of the JUST Chhatra League. In the room of former joint general secretary Ikramul Kabir, Liquor bottles, condoms, rods and batons were found.
He said that female students broke the lock of the main gate of Sheikh Hasina student hall. They destroyed the mural portrait of the just resigned Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina built over there.
A protesting student named Raihan said that the presence of condoms and drugs in the room of a Chhatra League leader proves that they did dirty work here in the name of student politics. The students have declared them persona non grata from now on.
