The Association of Contact Centers and Outsourcing (BACCO), an authorized trade body for the BPO/outsourcing industry, has announced the names of the new executive committee for the term 2024-26. Three new faces came to this executive committee of its total 12 members. These three members who joined as Directors are- Abdul Quader, Director of Virtual Market Solutions Limited, Zayed Uddin Ahmed, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ayesha Services Limited (ASL BPO) and Mehdi Hasan Zulfikar, Director of MonsterLab Enterprise Solutions Limited.
The Executive Committee consists of Wahid Sharif, Managing Director of Digicon Technologies Plc and Tauhid Hossain, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of FIFOTECH as Hattrick President and General Secretary.
This committee also included Times ASL Call Center Limited Chairman Md Abul Khair as senior vice-chairman, Automation Solutions Bangladesh Country Director Tanveer Ibrahim as vice-chairman, My Outsourcing Limited Managing Director Md Md. Tanzirul Basher is a joint general secretary and Mohammad Aminul Haque, Managing Director of Service and Solutions Limited, remains as finance secretary.
Similarly, the Directors are Abu Dawood Khan, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Enroute International Limited, Musnad E Ahmed, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Skytech Solutions and Md Fazlul Haque, Chairman of Noble IT Solutions Limited.
In this notification sent to the media on Tuesday night, the executive coordinator of the organization, Md. Salim Sarkar, said that by 2025, BACCO’s current vision is to generate 1 billion US dollars in revenue and create 100,000 jobs in the BPO industry. Besides, helping to achieve the “Smart Bangladesh 2041” target of the Bangladesh government, BACCO’s vision is to make Bangladesh one of the destinations of the international BPO industry. The newly elected 12 members of the BACCO Executive Committee are hopeful of realizing these goals by working tirelessly with numerous institutions and stakeholders at the government, private and international levels.
