Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) Chairman Engineer Mohiuddin Ahmed paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. On Thursday, February 8 in the evening, he paid a courtesy call on the Prime Minister at the office room of Sangsad Bhaban.
The BTRC chairman highlighted the activities undertaken by the commission. After that, the Prime Minister gave specific directions to BTRC to build a sustainable, technology-based and knowledge-based smart Bangladesh.
Engineer Mohiuddin Ahmed joined as Chairman of BTRC on 14 December 2023. Earlier, he served as the Commissioner of Engineering and Operations Department on May 30, 2019 and as the Vice-Chairman of the Commission from November 2022.
