Bangladesh Textile University (BUTEX) Business Club Executive Committee-2024 has been formed. Asif Iqbal, a student of the Industrial and Production Engineering department of the university, became the president and Md. Shariful Islam Akash, a student of the Textile Fashion and Design department, became the general secretary.
BUTEX Business Club Moderator Assistant Professor of Dyes and Chemical Engineering Department of University Dr. Mohammad Abbas Uddin announced the Executive Committee-2024. The Executive Committee was declared at the ‘Alumni Meet-up’ arranged by the BUTEX on Saturday, at a restaurant in Uttara.
Mahbub Alam Riaz has become the Senior Vice President of the Executive Committee. The Vice Presidents are: Saib Khan Sami, Mahbub Hasan Imon, Arjan Roy, Mahmudul Hasan Imon, Unib Mridha, Pranay Prasad Pal, Bhaskar Roy Chowdhury and Mushtaq Shahriar Miraj.
While expressing his feelings, President of the newly formed committee Asif Iqbal said that the club has been working for the professional development of students since its inception. I am constantly learning a lot while working in various activities of the club. I hope that I can contribute to the development of students by fulfilling my responsibilities in the new committee.
General Secretary Md. Shariful Islam Akash said, joining the family of BUTEX Business Club is one of the best achievements of my university life. I am grateful to all concerned for trusting me with this important responsibility. Our newly formed committee will make every effort to continue the activities of the club.
BUTEX Business Club deals with ongoing business related issues in the textile industry. Every year various competitions are organized to improve the quality of students. Besides, it organizes various seminars and workshops for career development and skill development.
