ISO 9001:2015 is a standard by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) that specifies the requirements for service management and quality management systems (QMS). This certification to a set of standards helps organizations meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders by complying with statutory and regulatory agency requirements regarding their products or services. ISO 9001:2015 certification mandates adherence to best practices in providing quality service to customers.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification indicates that Generation is able to continuously provide products and services in accordance with the requirements of its customers and regulatory bodies and is continuously improving it. Recently, this certificate distribution ceremony was organized at the main office of eGeneration. Where International Accreditation Service (IAS) accredited organization Excellence BD Director Md. Ali Akbar handed over the certificate in the presence of Chairman of eGeneration Limited SM Ashraful Islam, eGeneration’s Head of Human Resource Ismat Jahan, and Head of Project Management Office (PMO) Md. Arefin Hasan Khan.
Head of Business Development of Excellency Bd Md. Rezwanul Haque, Manager (Certification) Mahenur Morshed, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of eGeneration Limited, Md. Mazharul Islam, Head of Strategy Sabbir Sakir, Senior Business Analyst Moniruzzaman Haque and others were present at that time.
