Smart Technologies, one of the leading commercial companies in the information technology sector, congratulated the newly-elected Executive Committee of Bangladesh ICT Journalists Forum-BIJF for the period 2022-2024. The organization greeted the new leadership with spicy sweets produced from the milk of their farm in a cordial informality on Sunday night at the conference center of Software Park Vision 2021 at Karwan Bazar, Dhak.
Earlier in the greeting speech, Smart Technologies Limited Director Zafar Ahmed and Marketing Director Mujahid Al Beruni Sujan expressed their commitment to strengthen the closer relationship in the formation of Smart BIJF.
Mahfuzur Rahman Mukul, media and communication manager of Smart Technologies Limited, along with other members of his team were present at that time.
BIJF’s newly elected president Nazneen Nahar Begum said in her greeting speech, “For 20 years of my career, I have seen the Smart Technologies greeting the new leadership of BIJF first in every election. This time was no exception. We hope to take our relationship to a height where it will be mutually beneficial. We will get closer to Smart.”
General Secretary Sabbin Hasan said, we want to take BIJF to new heights. Hopefully, smart technologies will play their smart role in that journey.
Various constructive issues of information technology sector were discussed in the event. The discussion also brought up the challenges and possibilities of the IT sector. The proposal also came about how this sector can be further promoted and contributed to the construction of Smart Bangladesh.
Joint general secretary Sajedur Rahman, organizing secretary Md. Ariful Islam, treasurer Saiful Islam, publication and research editor Asaduzzaman Limon and executive members Enamul Karim and S. M. Imdadul Haque participated in the discussions.
