The Minister of Education Dr. Dipu Moni said, we want to develop students as science-minded, technology-friendly, and skilled in the use and innovation of technology, humanitarian and creative people. Meditation will be of great help in advancing all our endeavors.
Mentioning that some institutions including Quantum Foundation are continuing to practice meditation. The minister also said, meditation has been very helpful for me to keep myself healthy from many types of illnesses. So I think there is a need to spread the practice of meditation among all.
The Minister expressed her opinion while addressing as the chief guest at the ‘Launching of Post-Covid Total Fitness Program in Educational Institutions’ at the IDEB Bhaban in Kakrail of the capital on Monday (October 3).
Dr. Deepu Moni said, when the mainstream books of medical science show how meditation calms our mind, helps to cure many diseases starting from heart disease, helps to lead a healthy life, then we give more importance to the matter.
