Elon Musk, the multi-billionaire has twitted that the commercial and government users may have to pay ‘a slight cost’ to use Twitter in the future. However, he said that the platform is free for general users.
In a tweet on Wednesday (May 4), Elon Musk said that “Twitter will always be free for casual users, but maybe a slight cost for commercial/government users”.
However, the Twitter authority did not comment while Reuters asked for the clarification on the matter.
On April 25, Elon Musk bought the microblog Twitter for $ 44 billion. Meanwhile, Twitter CEO Parag Agarwal has sent an email to all the employees of the company.
