E-commerce platform ‘Bangababa’ has signed a business agreement with electronics company Electra International to make customer service more dynamic. The agreement was recently signed at the Dahmashi Center, the company’s head office in Banani, Dhaka.
Thrugh this agreement, customers will now be able to collect Electra International products ordered from Bangababa on a cash-on-delivery basis from anywhere in the country, informed the e-commerce company.
Speaking on the occasion, Ruksana Qadir, Chief Operating Officer, E-Commerce, said, ‘Against the as usual competition in e-commerce sector, Bangababa wants to go forward with the aim of gaining customers’ confidence, and that’s why we have signed this agreement.
Electra International Managing Director Shahid Ahmed Abdullah and General Manager Muhammad Mubarak Hossain were also present on the occasion.
