Various steps have been taken for the welfare of the general staff of the National Museum of Science and Technology. Employee accommodation has recently been improved. The old dormitory has been demolished and renovated. Besides, uniforms and shoes have been provided to 4th class employees including security guards. Many employees are being given financial incentives in return for hard work.
Besides, arrangements have been made to supply potable water at different points of the organization. A badminton court has been set up in the open courtyard of the museum on 23 November 2021 to boost the morale and morale of the employees. On 24th November, a court program titled “Amader Kotha” was held with the employees of all levels of the organization.
Director General of the National Museum of Science and Technology Mohammad Munir Chowdhury listened to the complaints of lack of staff at different levels. He said in the meeting, “The authorities have taken various steps for the welfare of the employees. In return, the employees have to work with an honest and responsible role. The working environment of the organization must always be kept clean, security must be ensured, discipline must be maintained. Government resources must be protected. The quality of public service needs to be increased. In particular, administrative duties and development activities should be kept completely free from corruption.”
