The Department of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has instructed students between the ages of 12 and 17 to register on the Surokkha app to get the corona vaccine. Instructions in this regard are issued on the website of the Department of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
According to the instructions, in order to get the COVID-19 vaccine, the students have to enter the registration link with the birth registration number on the Surokkha website and complete the registration process as soon as possible.
Earlier, in a cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had instructed to start vaccination of school children from November 1 at 12 places in the capital.
According to the directive, the information obtained from the students for the Covid-19 vaccine for 12 to 17 year old students of all educational institutions in Dhaka metropolis has been included in the correct format for registration on the Surokkha website.
On Monday, the country started vaccinating students between the ages of 12 and 17 against The Corona virus. On the first day in the morning, the Minister of Education Dr. Dipu Moni and Health Minister Zahid Malek inaugurated the vaccination program at the Motijheel Ideal School and College Center.
