The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Walton Hi-Tech Industries, a listed company in the engineering sector, has been announced on September 29 (Wednesday). The AGM will be held on the digital platform at 12 noon on the same day.
The AGM will approve the audited financial statements of the company for the financial year ended June 30, 2021 and the declared dividend. In addition, the company’s director selection and auditors’ honorarium for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022 will be determined.
The agreement between Walton Plaza and Walton Hitech Industries and the purchase of land for the company’s iconic tower will be approved.
At the same time, the issue of renaming the company as ‘Walton Hitech Industries plc’ instead of ‘Walton Hitech Industries PLC’ will be raised before the shareholders for approval at the AGM.
