State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak suggested the people opt for telemedicine for the Corona-related health care at home and reiterated to use masks.

The state minister made the call on June 24 while participating in a humanitarian aid (cash) distribution program on behalf of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Singra Upazila under Natore District.

Palak said that in case of corona symptoms, a doctor’s advice can be obtained by calling the telemedicine center at 333 or 16263 to get health care at home. Even without going to the hospital, pregnant mothers can get health care by calling 09666888888. For getting Covid Telehealth service call 09666777222.

In his speech, the state minister emphasized using masks.

Meanwhile, humanitarian aid (cash) was distributed in 12 unions of Singra Upazila. Zunaid Ahmed Palak urged the concerned officials to show responsibility in the proper distribution of humanitarian aid.
