Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) President and CEO Jim Ryan is retiring. He will retire next year.
Jim Ryan joined Sony in 1994. As such, he will complete three decades of service in the company.
Ryan says he is ‘struggling’ to juggle a personal life in the UK and a job in the US at the same time. That’s why he wants to retire.
In 2019, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of SIE. He has contributed to the success of the company in Europe.
Sony Group Corporation President Hiroki Tatoki will take over as SIE’s interim CEO from April 1, 2024.
