Elon Musk’s satellite internet service provider Starlink is set to enter India soon. The company has already completed all ancillary activities with the approval of the Government of India.
Experts believe that Starlink will start its first operations in the Indian market soon. Earlier this company was not allowed to enter the Indian market due to documentation complications.
In a notification, Starlink said that Starlink has received all approvals to launch its internet services in the Indian market. Now it’s just a matter of time, for satellite internet.
Until now, most of the people in India used high-speed internet by connecting a broadband connection through a cable. However, this tradition is going to end with Elon Musk’s company. Because this time customers will get the opportunity to use high-speed internet not through cable but through satellite.
However, the company has not disclosed any information regarding when this internet connection will be connected in the Indian market. Currently, more than 40 countries around the world are using satellite internet systems.
