In the UK, the Amazon’s Prime Day is on July 11 and 12. And from that time until July 13, 900 Amazon workers are supposed to go on strike.
According to Reuters, the strike will not significantly affect Amazon’s sales. This strike of workers is about financial gain. Workers want wages of at least £15 an hour in the pay structure. Currently, Amazon has set an hourly wage of £11-12 in the UK.
According to the plan, the workers will observe a break of 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon.
