Huawei has unveiled several products and services suitable for data centers in Bangladesh. These include battery energy storage system solution Smartly, Fusion Module800, a smart data center solution for edge computing, and UPS5000, suitable for emergency power supply and medium-sized data centers.
In addition, the FusionDC1000A and FusionModule2000 solutions are on display. These solutions are designed for emergency power supply and medium-sized data centers by combining power supply, cooling, rack and structure, cabling and management systems in one module.
Along with the product launch, the event also organized an experience-sharing session for the participants. The session featured industry experts on a variety of topics and highlighted the top ten data center trends to provide insight into future developments. At the end of the event, Huawei discussed the scope and policy of strategic cooperation.
These services were announced at the ‘Bangladesh Data Center Partner Event 2023’ organized by Huawei South Asia’s Digital Power Business Division. The event was attended by Huawei’s Value-Added Partners (VAP), Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd and other Tier-1 and Tier-2 partners. The event focused on increasing knowledge and awareness of data center solutions among Bangladeshi customers and harnessing the power of ICT to accelerate significant change. It was informed at the event that the ICT ecosystem of Bangladesh has reached a good position due to the growing demand for internet, availability of affordable smartphones and increasing number of digitally savvy consumers. The role of data is crucial for sustainable development in this era of digital transformation. As a result, many organizations are taking advantage of data centers to increase their efficiency. In this case, power-saving solutions have become inevitable. With the intention of supporting Bangladeshi industry in this initiative, Huawei has come up with products and solutions suitable for data centers. These products and services will accelerate the ongoing digital transformation in Bangladesh and help increase efficiency in the industry.
