This time Facebook’s parent organization Meta is going to launch the opportunity to create advertisements using artificial intelligence technology. A tool called ‘AI Sandbox’ is being added to allow quick ad creation.
Meta has already given the tool to several advertising agencies to test.
According to Meta, the tool’s functionality will be tested on a large scale from next July. By using the initial version of the tool based on artificial intelligence technology, any person or organization can create different types of backgrounds or images along with writing messages suitable for the audience. Not only that, the tool can automatically increase or decrease the ad size using the same content if time is specified. However, the company has not given any information about whether the tool can be used for free or in exchange of money.
Note that, Meta has started working with artificial intelligence since the US technology company OpenAI opened ChatGPT.
Before this, Mark Zuckerberg formed a new team to launch various artificial intelligence-based facilities last February. At that time, he said, Meta is working to add artificial intelligence technology-based chatbots to Facebook, WhatsApp and Messenger along with Instagram filters. It is believed that the company is developing this new tool as part of the Meta initiative. The tool will be released this year.
Later, Meta’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Andrew Bosworth told tech website TechCrunch, ‘Meta is working to bring artificial intelligence tools to generate ads. Any person or organization can easily create ads using the tool. Different types of ads can also be created for specific categories of buyers through this tool.’
