The 25th International Conference on Computer and Information Technology, ICCIT-2022 has been organized by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Bangladesh Section, the world’s largest technical professional organization. The three-day international conference will begin from the December 17 and will continue till the December19, 2022 AD. The conference is going to be held at the Hotel Long Beach in Cox’s Bazar- the most popular tourist destination of Bangladesh. The conference will open on the December 17 at 11 am Bangladesh time.
Director of IEEE, Asia Pacific region Professor Dr. Lance Fung and Dr. Takako Hashimoto are going to be present as the guests of honor. In addition, the next AD. In the closing ceremony of the conference on the December 19 (Monday) at 7:30 in the evening, the President of the IEEE United States, Prof. Dr. Saifur Rahman will be present as a guest.
About 214 research articles selected from home and abroad will be presented in this international conference. It will consist of 6 keynote speeches and 2 invited speeches. Besides, panel discussions on ‘Quality Education for Complex and Secured Systems’ and ‘Strategies towards a Smart City and Demonstration of A workshop on City-led Open Data Platform in Australia’ will be held. At the same time, computer and information technology professionals, scientists, engineers, educators, researchers and students of the country and abroad will get an opportunity to exchange their scientific ideas and thoughts with the participants of the conference. Besides, the latest advancements in computer science and engineering and information technology will be highlighted.
The research fellow of Massachusetts University, Professor Dr. Mohammad Abdul Karim; Professor at the University of Texas Dr. Mohammad S. Alam; Professor of EEE Department of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and IEEE, WIE 2023-24 Committee Chair Professor Dr. Celia Shahnaz are The general chairs of this year’s conference.
The dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Technology of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) and the chair of IEEE, Bangladesh Section, and Professor Dr. Mohammad Mashiul Haq will be the Organizing Chair of this year’s conference.
In addition, Texas University professor Dr. Mohammad S. Alam will be the Technical Program Chair and the Technical Program co-chair is the professor of EEE department of BUET Dr. Sheikh Anwarul Fattah.
