It’s a little ridiculous to hear, but it’s true! Dyson, a British multinational technology company, has developed headphones that are effective in preventing air pollution. The well-known company for vacuum cleaners has come up with air purifier filters with two ear-covered headphones. The wearable technology product will go on sale in the next few days, said Brita O’Boyley, deputy editor of the gadget publication Pocket-Lint.
According to Brita O’Boyley, it took a total of six years to make the Dyson Zone headphones. The headphones are designed in such a way that they will be effective in preventing air pollution, which is one of the problems of the present time. The design is truly eye-catching. The sound quality is also very nice. The headphones are very nicely constructed. However, the product will be quite expensive.
Sir James Dyson, Dyson’s chief engineer, says air pollution is a global problem. The Dyson Zone will purify the air wherever you go, no matter where we go. However, the Dyson Zone is 97 percent effective in getting fresh air to the lungs.
The headphones have a motor, a fan and an air filter in each air cup, according to a review of the headphones. These filters absorb air to separate contaminants such as nitrogen and sulfur dioxide, and break down dust. In this way the air is purified and it is injected into the nose and mouth through the visor. This visor or mask is attached to the bottom of the headphones by magnetic energy.
According to the company, there are four purification modes depending on whether the wearer is walking or sitting on the road. Sensors are fitted to the headphones to detect different moods by tracking breathing and exertion.
If the headphone is in low filter mode, its battery will last for four hours. And if you have more filter mode, it will last for an hour and a half.
