Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Digital University, Bangladesh has launched ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to provide digital services to students.
The software was inaugurated at the university campus at Kaliakair in Gazipur on Sunday (October 3, 2021) morning by the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Dr. Munaz Ahmed Noor.
University Registrar (Additional Responsibilities) Md. Ashraf Uddin, Senior Systems Analyst Muhammad Shahinul Kabir, Education Department Head (Additional Responsibilities) Md. Ashrafuzzaman, ICT Department Head (Additional Responsibilities) Farzana Akter, Programmer Anit Kumar Roy and other university teachers, officials and staff were present.
After inaugurating the ERP software, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Munaz Ahmed Noor said that ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software has been prepared under the supervision of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Digital University, Bangladesh to provide administrative, academic and educational services digitally. Earlier, we aimed to provide digital services to students through Exam Management System (EMS), Learning Management System (LMS), Admission Management System (AMS), We have created online recruitment software (ORS) and My BDU mobile app. This ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software will conduct completely eco-friendly activities of different departments of the University in a paperless environment. This ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software is an integrated solution through which various information of the university will be processed and maintained.
