Search giant Google is testing the feature of giving voice commands to Google without saying ‘Hey Google’. The code name of the feature is ‘Guacamole’.
It is found in technology-based sites that in the settings of the latest beta version of the Google app and users of Android 11-powered devices in their respective applications got the Guacamole feature. It is guessed that only the employees who are testing this new feature will have access to the feature.
As much as it is informed that the voice shortcut page appears as soon as you click on the Guacamole option and users come to know that if you turn it on, you don’t have to say ‘Hey Google’ anymore.
According to technology-related media reports, Google has been working on the feature at Guacamole since at least the beginning of March. But it is not at all certain whether the feature in the future will appear in a broader perspective or not.
