Mobile subscribers can turn off promotional or annoying ad-based messages of various organizations by dialing shortcodes.
Telecommunications regulator BTRC said that from now on, customers of four mobile operators will be able to avail this facility by dialing shortcodes.
For this Grameenphone subscribers have to dial *121*1101#, Banglalink subscribers have to dial *121*8*6# and Robi and Airtel subscribers have to dial *7#.
