The government of Bangladesh has announced a second round of lockdowns to prevent coronavirus infections. On April 13, Bangladesh Police kept a provision for a movement pass to go out in case of emergency. 20 crore 45 lakh 3 thousand 236 hits have been made on the Movement Pass website in 10 days till Friday (April 23) night. And 13 lakh 55 thousand 559 people got the pass.
The information was provided on Saturday (April 24) by Sohel Rana, the Assistant Inspector General of Police Headquarters (AIG-Media).
He said, ‘A total of 13 lakh 55 thousand 559 people have been given movement passes in 10 days. And in the last 10 days, 20 crores 45 lakh 3 thousand 236 have been hit on the Movement Pass website.
