The Digital Devices and Innovation expo 2021 will be kicked off on April 1 in the capital aiming to create commercial scopes for local innovations in the digital industry.
The three-day expo, inaugurated at Bangabandhu International Conference Center in the capital, was jointly organized by Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, Information Communication Technology (ICT) Division, Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS), and Idea Project.
This time, Halima Group, which recently launched its journey in the sector of the mobile phone will participate as a silver sponsor in the exhibition, held live and online for three days.
Halima Group Chairman Abul Kalam Hasan Tagar and BCS Secretary-General Muhammad Monirul Islam signed an agreement at the BCS office on Saturday (March 14).
BCS President Md. Shahid-ul-Munir and director Musharraf Hossain Suman were also present at this MoU event.
The expo is to categorize into eight different zones focusing on innovation, start-up, and robotics. In Made in Bangladesh Zone, the local digital device manufacturers will showcase their products to local and international buyers.
