The “China Import and Export Fair,” commonly known as the Canton Fair, one of the world’s largest mega trade shows, commenced in Guangzhou, China, on Tuesday, October 15. Organized under the supervision of China’s Ministry of Commerce, the Canton Fair has been running for 67 years. The event will continue in three phases until November 4, with the first phase concluding on October 19.
Global electronics brand Walton is showcasing its cutting-edge AI-based smart electronics and electrical products at the prestigious trade show for the fourth time. Walton has set up a mega pavilion at Hall 2.1 of the international arena, displaying its wide range of internationally certified products.
Walton’s exhibition includes energy-efficient, high-tech products such as refrigerators, air conditioners, fans, batteries, computer monitors, laptops, TVs, and mobile motherboards (PCBAs). Notably, Walton is featuring products equipped with advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
Abdur Rauf, Vice President of Walton’s Global Business Division and Chief Coordinator of Walton’s pavilion at the Canton Fair, remarked, “The Canton Fair is one of the world’s largest mega trade shows. Among the highlighted products are Walton’s AIoT-enabled (Artificial Intelligence of Things) refrigerators, including the world’s most advanced 9-in-1 convertible four-door models, 8-in-1 convertible side-by-side refrigerators, and vertical freezers. These smart refrigerators can be operated from anywhere in the world using a smartphone. Additionally, they feature smart control functions that allow users to manage the refrigerator with a simple touch on the upper door without opening it, maximizing cooling performance and saving electricity. The refrigerators also include a water dispenser, adding further convenience.
The eco-friendly models utilize globally recognized R600a refrigerant gas, which is completely environmentally safe. Walton’s refrigerators also incorporate turbo and eco-featured dual cooling technology, ensuring optimal cooling performance while minimizing power consumption.
At the Canton Fair, Walton is also displaying inverter technology-powered solar hybrid split-type air conditioners (ACs), 5-inch digital display ACs, and offline voice control ACs. Walton’s smart IoT ACs can be controlled via smartphone from anywhere in the world.
The solar hybrid split-type AC runs on solar power during the day, switching to electric power only when solar energy is insufficient. At night, it can operate on solar-powered batteries or electric lines, reducing power consumption significantly. These models also feature corrosion-resistant Cotec Industrial Solution technology.
Additionally, Walton is showcasing a three-in-one convertible AC with an integrated 5-inch color TFT display, capable of monitoring room and outdoor temperatures, electricity consumption rates, and energy usage over the past months or years. Walton’s offline voice control ACs can take commands in both Bengali and English, allowing users to operate the ACs in either language. Walton’s ACs also use the most environmentally friendly refrigerants, R290 and R32.
