Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited, a subsidiary of the Walton Group, has introduced a solar hybrid IPS system to the market under its ‘Arc’ brand. This hybrid system is designed to ensure affordable, renewable, and eco-friendly electricity by charging batteries through both solar energy and the grid using a smart inverter.
The ‘Arc’ solar hybrid IPS is available in five different models, ranging from 1200W to 5500W. Additionally, Walton offers inverter and battery packages of 1200W and 3200W.

By using Walton’s solar hybrid IPS, we can ensure a livable planet for future generations while reducing our daily electricity expenses. This will also alleviate the pressure on the national grid, ultimately lowering the country’s overall electricity production costs. In the long run, Walton’s solar hybrid IPS provides a smart solution for uninterrupted power supply in homes, educational institutions, and industries by harnessing renewable solar energy.”
Walton’s engineers highlighted that the main advantage of the ‘Arc’ brand’s solar hybrid IPS is its ability to reduce electricity bills by up to 20%. The solar panels used feature anti-reflective and hydrophobic coatings, which enhance the conversion of sunlight into electrical energy. These advanced panels can generate more electricity even in low-light conditions.
They further explained that Walton’s ‘Arc’ brand panels are designed to deliver maximum output even in adverse weather conditions. Built with a strong aluminum structure, the high-efficiency mono-solar panels are ISO 9001 certified, TUV PID-free, and compliant with CE and IEC 61215/61730/61701/62716 standards, ensuring high performance and durability.
The hybrid inverter in the system features a pure sine wave, user-friendly module, MPPT charging mode, overload and short-circuit protection, and battery optimization features. It also utilizes fast-charging technology that prevents corrosion and short circuits. Walton’s solar hybrid IPS is easy to install and user-friendly.
The pricing details are as follows:
- The model with a 1200 VA inverter and two solar panels is priced at BDT 87,000.
- The model with a 1200 VA inverter and three solar panels costs BDT 98,500.
- The 3200 VA inverter with four solar panels is priced at BDT 175,500.
- The 3200 VA inverter with eight solar panels costs BDT 295,000.
- The 5500 VA inverter with ten solar panels is priced at BDT 465,000.
Additionally, the IPS package with a 1200 VA inverter and battery is priced at BDT 79,500, while the 3200 VA inverter and battery package is priced at BDT 158,000.
Walton offers a 20-year warranty on the solar panels, a 12-month warranty on the batteries, and an 18-month warranty on the solar inverters.
