The Dhaka Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) will celebrate its 6th Annual Community Day on October 5, with a focus on the examination and regulation of digital platforms.
In line with global celebrations, ISACA community members will engage in collaborative innovation and exchange of services. Local volunteers will use the hashtag #ISACACommunITyDay to track and share their project activities on social media. The event will also feature awareness walks, blood donation drives, and park and street clean-up initiatives.
According to sources, volunteers will gather in front of the ISACA Dhaka Chapter office in Niketan on the day of the event.
The ISACA Dhaka Chapter is governed by a 14-member board, with IT professional Mohammad Iqbal Hossain serving as President and Muhammad Abul Kalam Azad as Secretary.
Globally, ISACA operates across 225 chapters with an active community of 180,000 members. Over the past five years, the organization has formed 474 teams in more than 50 countries, with 627 volunteers contributing over 36,700 hours to community development.
