Bangladeshi brand Vista is going to enter the global market. The domestic company Vista Electronics Limited has signed an agreement for joint venture with China’s ‘AUX’, the world’s fastest growing company. Under this, ‘AUX’ brand air conditioners or AC will be manufactured in Vista’s factory in Bangladesh. Apart from selling in the local market, it will also be exported to different countries.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has recently been signed with Bangladesh’s Vista and China’s ‘AUX’ as joint venturers. The agreement was signed at their main R&D (research and development) office at AUX headquarters in Ningbo, China.
Chairman of the organization Shamsul Alam signed the agreement on behalf of Vista Electronics Limited while Ji Zhu Ling, Director (RAC, Asian Region) signed on behalf of AUX. At that time, Vista’s Managing Director Lokman Hossain Akash, Director Mohammad Masud, Director (Brand and Promotion) Hasin Farhan, AUX Regional Manager Lonnie Wang, Country Manager Md. Mostafizur Rahman, SKD Manager Golden Yang, National Manager Jian Su, Sales Manager Weng and others.
Prior to signing the contract, the Vista team visited AUX’s headquarters and factories in Ningbo, China. It should be noted that AUX is a large industrial group in China. It is one of the fastest growing brands in the world. AUX started in 1986. The company also has large investments in investment industries including electronics, electrical, power utilization, power distribution, new energy, hospitals.
It is known that AUX air conditioners are exported to more than 126 countries. Ox has 14 manufacturing or production factories in the country and abroad. They have 6 large R&D (Research and Development) centers in Germany, Poland, Mexico, Thailand. Ox is gaining popularity rapidly in America, Europe, Asia, and Middle East due to high quality in design, use of artificial intelligence (AI) and use of latest technology. This brand is winning over customers in every market it enters.
Chairman of Vista Electronics Limited, Shamsul Alam said, “We are happy to sign the contract with AUX. It is hoped that through Vista, a large investment of AUX will also come in Bangladesh. Technical support will also be available from AUX. Skilled manpower will be created in Bangladesh; new employment will be created”.
Meanwhile, Vista Electronics Limited has already gained a wide reputation as a fast-growing company in Bangladesh. Especially in terms of product quality, Vista is the leader in the Bangladeshi market. Vista has gained the trust of customers in a very short period of time. Vista’s portfolio includes refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners, home and kitchen appliances. Vista has set up a new factory at Hi-Tech Park in Kaliakoir, Gazipur. Vista and AUX brand air conditioners will be manufactured there.
Lokman Hossain Akash, managing director of Vista, said, “We have emphasized more on quality than quantity.” I believe, if the quality is good, the product is durable, then the buyers will accept it. He said that Vista’s goal is to take the majority of the air conditioning (AC) market in Bangladesh in the coming days.
