বাক্কো কার্যনির্বাহী কমিটির পক্ষ থেকে সমঝোতা স্মারকে স্বাক্ষর করেন বাক্কোর সহ-সভাপতি তানভীর ইব্রাহীম এবং এ্যাসেট প্রকল্পের পক্ষে স্বাক্ষর করেন প্রকল্প পরিচালক (অতিরিক্ত সচিব) আবু মমতাজ সাদ উদ্দিন আহমেদ।
