BPO sector has come a long way in a few years as one of the foreign exchange earning sectors of the country. Despite earning millions of dollars every year, many young people of the country still do not know much about BPO. Many young people do not last long in this sector due to lack of foresight. As a result, the sector as a whole is not getting the expected results even though the vast potential has been seized. For this reason, the leaders of this sector called for the positive role of media to make the sector more acknowledged.
The call was made at a round table meeting on ‘Dynamics of the country’s BPO sector: Challenges and opportunities ahead’ at the conference room of Vision 21 Tower, Karwan Bazar in the capital on Saturday (November 18).
