National champion company DataVolt of Saudi Arabia is going to set up a four data center in Bangabandhu Hi-tech City established at Kaliakoir, Gazipur. For this reason, Ayad Al Amri, Chief Strategy Officer of DataVolt, has announced an investment of 100 million dollars for the company to allocate 3 acres of land in Hi-Tech City.
For this reason, he held a bilateral meeting with ICT State Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak at Renaissance Dhaka Hotel in Gulshan on Tuesday.
In the meeting, the state minister highlighted the government’s various incentives for investment in hi-tech parks and the future market potential. At the same time, Palak thanked DataVolt for their interest and assured all kinds of cooperation from his ministry.
Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority Managing Director GSM Zafar Ullah, Youth Group Managing Director Faridul Alam and related officials from both sides were present in the meeting.
