The Ministry of Education has allocated Tk. 2 crore 49 lakh 99 thousand to buy laboratory equipment to 332 madrasas and technical institutions of the country. This allocation has been given to these madrasas and technical educational institutions of 63 districts.
On Monday (May 29), the list of madrasas and technical institutions allocated by the technical and madrasa education department of the Ministry of Education was published.
It is known that a letter has been sent to the chief accounting officer of the ministry informing about the allocation and approval of this money. The Ministry has given certain conditions to the educational institutions for each institution to spend this money in the research equipment sector.
It has been said that this money should be spent in compliance with all the financial regulations of the government. The unspent amount must be returned by June 30. Authorities will be responsible for irregularities in payment of expenses and bills. This money cannot be spent on any other work except for the purchase of research equipment. No money will be given to any institution other than madrasas and technical institutions.
