Noakhali University of Science and Technology (NUST) has inaugurated a smart classroom in the Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
On Monday (May 8) at 11:30 a.m., Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Didar-ul-Alam inaugurated the smart classroom in that department. This is the first smart classroom in this university.
Chairman of the Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Professor Dr. Mohammed Ashraful Alam presided over the event. The Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Mohammad Abdul Baki and treasurer Professor Dr. Nawaz Mohammad Bahadur were present as special guests.
On the occasion, Vice-Chancellor Didar-ul-Alam said, ‘There is no alternative to building smart classrooms in higher education institutions in making the smart Bangladesh of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. In the era of modern science and technology, smart classrooms will play a helpful role in the intellectual development of students. I am grateful to all those who have worked hard to implement this initiative.
Teachers-students and officials-employees of that department were also present in the event.
