Japanese automobile company Nissan Motors is working on its own Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV). The company is working on the target of bringing this car to the market by the end of this decade. News Nikkei Asia.
According to the news, apart from Nissan, two other Japanese companies are moving forward with the goal of PHEV, Mitsubishi Motors will supply such vehicles for Honda Motor.
Nissan wants to introduce hybrid technology such as installing battery chargers in PHEVs to reduce costs.
Meanwhile, Honda’s PHEV is still in limited supply. Even this car is not available in the Japanese market. The company said it does not have enough capital to supply everywhere.
