Both companies have announced the launch of online shopping services in Indonesia. An executive of the company said that this service will be launched in Thailand and Vietnam in the next few weeks. YouTube Shopping is already available in South Korea and the United States.
TikTok owns Tekopedia, Indonesia’s largest e-commerce platform. And that’s where Google and Shopee come in to play ace.
