The RUET Cyber Fest 2024 will take place on December 5-6, 2024, at the main auditorium of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET). The event’s theme is “Advanced Cybersecurity Awareness and Innovation,” and it aims to provide a comprehensive platform for cybersecurity knowledge. The Vice-Chancellor of RUET, Professor Dr. S.M. Abdur Razzak, will serve as the chief guest for the occasion.
The event is organized by the RUET Cyber Security Club, with Smart Technologies (BD) Limited acting as the title sponsor and Kaspersky as the cybersecurity partner. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience a range of products at the Smart Technologies pavilion, including Netis networking equipment, Kaspersky security software, Smart brand laptops, and Corsair accessories.
The central goal of the event is to enhance students’ understanding of cybersecurity while fostering technical skills and promoting innovation.
