Online marketplace Bikroy has completed 12 years of service and entered 13 years in E-commerce sector of Bangladesh. Since its inception, the platform has enabled more than 26 million sellers to transact and attracted more than 52 million buyers, said Ishita Sharmin, CEO, Bikroy.
She also said that the platform has served 32,000 members and helped more than 500 entrepreneurs succeed in the digital marketplace every year. 300,000 new ads are published on the Bikroy platform every month, with an average of 30 buyers showing interest per ad. The platform offers 4 different promotional options for sellers, which help increase sales by up to 60%.

It was informed that, on completing 12 years of service, the salesmen as well as the vendors and invited guests joined the main office in Dhaka. In front of them, the sales management team officials discussed the strategies, plans and future of the organization to maintain the growth of the organization in the changing dynamic market. The event also announced plans to launch new features to improve the platform’s performance, speed, security and user experience in the future.
