First of all, the offer was given by Robi saying that, Robi stands by the side of the customers in any critical moment. We stand by the affected people in the recent floods. 250 MB and 20 minutes talk time are being given free for a period of 3 days to continue flawless communication in flood-affected areas. The affected customers only need to dial *212*1# to avail the facility and *888# to know if the offer is applicable. Offer can be availed only once. In addition, Robi Axiata Limited’s brand Airtel has also announced to provide free 20 minutes and 250 MB internet facilities for a period of 3 days. But customers can take this offer only once. For that they have to dial *212*1#.
Banglalink also stands on the side of the affected people and wants to ensure uninterrupted communication with the flood-affected people or their loved ones. In this difficult time, the customers of Feni, Noakhali and Cumilla are getting free 10 minutes talk time and 500 MB, valid for 3 days from 21 August. The affected customers need to dial *121*900*3# to avail the facility.
And at the last hour of the day, Grameenphone, which has the highest number of subscribers, said in the offer that we are all on the side of the flood-affected people. 10 minutes talk time and 500 MB free internet have been given to everyone in flood affected areas of Feni, Cumilla, Noakhali, Moulvibazar, Khagrachhari, Habiganj and Brahmanbaria. The period is given for 3 days. To avail the service, the customers need to dial *121*5050#.
However, till the time of writing this report, the state-owned operator Teletalk has not yet announced any offer for the flood affected people.
