Apart from usernames, the proprietary messaging platform Meta is also working to bring PIN support feature. It will facilitate users to create a four digit PIN. If a new person wants to contact the user for the first time, the PIN must be used. It is believed that the WhatsApp PIN feature will be helpful in stopping messages from strangers.
