He believes that the very few blockchain engineers in our country as well as local tech graduates will start working on blockchain technology. Organizing such hackathons will be very helpful for the students of our country.
Regarding the event, the organizers said that the theoretical basis of the new university graduates is very good. But, sometimes the lack of practical experience creates limitations in the application of acquired knowledge. Besides, not everyone gets the opportunity of industry exposure while studying. As a result, some deficit remains. This hackathon aims to help participants overcome this gap and introduce them to some basic industry practices. This hackathon is for those who have passed out of university and are interested in joining the IT industry as a blockchain software developer.
Those selected from this hackathon will be given internship and fellowship opportunities in various web3 companies of the country. Organizing such a hackathon will be more helpful in developing the interested people as blockchain software developers in addition to giving an idea about blockchain software. Apart from this, if the technical companies of our country come forward, it is possible to spread this type of organization on a larger scale.
It should be noted that the two-day long Affine Blockchain Hackathon 2022 organized by Bangladesh Open Source Network was jointly sponsored by two leading Web3 companies of Bangladesh, Wind and Anchorblock. Banglar Math and Computer Services Ltd. Took part in overall cooperation.
