The novel ‘Call Centerer Aparajita‘, written about call center workers, shows the inside and outside reality of a woman in a new profession in our society. Speakers urged to spread this story of the information technology sector among others.
A discussion program on author Rahitul Islam’s novel ‘Call Centerer Aparajita‘ was organized at a restaurant in Kawran Bazar of the capital on Monday night. Prominent writers and journalists of the country related to information and communication technology were present on the occasion. Various issues of Rahitul Islam and his novel came up in their discussion.

His writings are making the IT sector more important. Call Centerer Aparajita is a great novel. It will send a good message to society.’
Hasan Zakir, Head of Information Technology Department of Dainik Samakal, said, ‘Rahitul Islam does spot journalism. He wanders sometimes in the forest, sometimes in the remote villages in search of stories. His inspirational stories are getting press coverage, which is beautifully turned into a book. I would like to thank Rahitul Islam, because he loves this sector and is spending all his time in the IT sector.’
Author and information technology journalist Rahitul Islam said, ‘I am trying to convey the information technology sector to people in simple terms.’
Russell Rayhan, head of Prothoma.com and author, said, ‘Call center service is one of the most promising careers in today’s world. But in Bangladesh, the professionals in this sector have not yet received proper recognition. Rahitul’s novel will facilitate this recognition.’

It is to be noted that on the occasion of the Ekushey Book Fair this year, Prothoma Prakashan published the novel ‘Call Centerer Aparajita‘ by Rahitul Islam, a young literary and technology journalist. It is the story of the struggle of call center workers in their professional life and the indomitable determination to fulfill their duties against all odds.
