According to Google, Google Chrome users will be able to enjoy the new feature. Drive users can now transfer their files via copy, cut or paste by pressing the C, X and V buttons with the control or command key. The feature will be open to everyone from June 4.
Although late, the feature will be fully operational. The feature will be added to the basic shortcut.
If the user copies a file and wants to paste it in email or Google Doc, then the file title and link will be added. Users can easily paste shortcuts if they do not want to keep two versions of the same file in Google Drive storage.
Google has also introduced another feature for Google Doc users, which allows multiple texts in a doc file to be selected, deleted, copied or pasted together. The feature will automatically be open to all users. It will also be available for workspace users, Legacy G Suite and business account holders.
