Microsoft announced a tablet-friendly taskbar in Windows 1. This tab-friendly taskbar is still in experimental level. Only the important information like date, time, network and battery status can be seen in the short form of this taskbar.
According to Verge, the layout of the taskbar is quite well-arranged. There are app icons, search, widgets and start buttons hidden. Also, according to the new settings, if you use Windows on the tablet, the taskbar will automatically be hidden on the device. And when fully launched, app icons, search, widgets and start buttons will all appear as large icons and can be used very easily.
According to the Windows Insider team, this time widget has been simplified and new content has been added to the feed. Widgets have been given the most importance in making its feeds more useful. “Gradually we will make it more personalized”, he added.
As the feature is still in the testing phase, Panos Panoy, head of Microsoft Windows and Devices, said: “Apart from annual launches, we are coming with some new features in coming month”.
“In addition to the annual updates, we will continue to provide various updates to Windows 11 users. Our goal is to provide continuous innovation and the best experience over the years”, he added.
