The Google Play Store is the easiest and most reliable way to download apps and games from the Android operating system. But the user may suffer a lot from time to time during use. For example- not working properly, taking more time to download the app, not finding the required app and many other things. You can use the following methods to solve these problems-
- If causes trouble, you can first try by restarting the phone. Some problems on the phone are fixed automatically by restarting. So you can restart the phone without working Play Store.
- You can try using the force stop method. This is to close the app and open it again. In this case, hIt may function.
Closing and re-launching the Google Play Store app can solve a problem. You can close the Play Store from the Multitasking App Switcher Tray. You can also close the Play Store by entering the settings again.
- Many a time there may be a problem with the app due to the problem of the phone’s internet connection. For this you can check the data of your phone on and off.
