Earlier this year, HMD Global began a new chapter by promoting its own line of devices, phasing out the Nokia branding. Although HMD has released Nokia-branded smartphones, feature phones, and tablets in recent months, it appears that the era of Nokia phones may be coming to an end, according to a report by GSM Arena.
HMD Global has removed Nokia-branded devices from its official website, particularly for European countries. However, these devices are still available on the website for regions like Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
It is speculated that once the current stock is exhausted, HMD will likely withdraw Nokia-branded devices from these other regions as well.
The support page on HMD’s website indicates that Nokia smartphones and feature phones will continue to receive software support, though the duration of this support remains uncertain.
