In July of this year, Bangladesh ranked 101st in broadband speed, and in August, internet service providers (ISPs) pushed the country up two positions to 99th. Despite a slight increase in speed, mobile operators remained stuck at the 89th position in mobile internet speed, the same as in July.
Among mobile operators, Banglalink had the highest average download speed at 26.74 Mbps. Robi followed with a speed of 24.62 Mbps, Airtel with 23.18 Mbps, Grameenphone with 21.78 Mbps, and Teletalk recorded an average speed of 6.05 Mbps.
