The third session of the Smart Expo was held on Saturday on how Smart Bangladesh is going to be. The session was attended by nine young people who were included in the Forbes Under Thirty list.
The session was moderated by Zafir Shafi Chowdhury, Co-founder and CIO of Bondstein Technology Limited. The panelists in the session were Dipta Saha, Co-founder and COO of Agroshift, Aziz Arman, Co-founder and CEO of Jatri, Rubaiyat Farhan, Co-founder and COO of Marcopolo AI, Sharaban Tahura Turin, Co-founder of Turtle Venture Studio, Shubo Rahman, Founder and CEO of MyAllies, Mir Saqib, Co-founder and CEO of CreamStack, Mir Shahrukh Islam, Co-Founder and CEO of Bondstein and Tasfia Tasbin, Co-Founder and CEO of Marcopolo AI.
Almost all of them were asked about what kind of technological changes or transformations could happen in the country in Smart Bangladesh Vision 2041. From the current situation, some kind of change is needed in entering Smart Bangladesh.
The negotiators commented that the main objective of Smart Bangladesh should create an environment to make it easy for people to get services. Taking into account of our current situation, identifying the problems and transforming those services with the evolution of technology, we should plan and act accordingly. This requires the use of technologies like IoT, AI, machine learning. They said, what is most needed for Smart Bangladesh is a long-term and sustainable infrastructure development. Along with making the policies of the government and making it easier.
